Are you a Hedhofis member? Introduce your workspace to someone in your network. If they become a member, you receive a gift card of $25 to $100 depending on their plan. Enter their contact details in the form, then your name, before they get in touch with us: we take care of the rest.

How it works

A growing community benefits everyone

You introduce your workspace to someone in your network, they find an office that suits them, and you receive a gift card. The program is open to all active Hedhofis members: you become a referrer as soon as you submit a valid form.

Step by step

Three steps

The form must be filled out before the person contacts Hedhofis.

Fill out the form
Give us the contact details of the person you are referring, before they get in touch with us.

We take care of the rest
A leasing manager contacts them, shows them a location and offers them the right space.

3

Receive your gift card
If they sign an eligible subscription, you receive your gift card once our team has validated the referral.

Who to refer

An eligible referral

You cannot refer your own business or your employer, a subsidiary or related entity, or a business with the same main shareholder.

A new client

The person has never been a Hedhofis client: not a former member, not a current member.

An eligible subscription

Business address, hot desk, dedicated desk, private office or corporate suite.

Within 90 days

The contract is signed within 90 days of your form, and the subscription lasts at least 90 days.

Leave us your contact details and the name of the person who referred you. A leasing manager will get back to you with availability and pricing, Monday to Friday.

The referral program, in practice

All active Hedhofis members. You become a referrer as soon as you submit a valid form.

$25 for a business address, $50 for a credit bank, $50 for a dedicated desk and $100 for a private office, as a gift card of the same amount.

They have never been a Hedhofis client, they sign an eligible subscription (business address, hot desk, dedicated desk, private office or corporate suite) within 90 days of your form, and their subscription lasts at least 90 days.

Your own business or your employer, a subsidiary or entity related to your employer, or a business with the same main shareholder.

Yes. The form is required before the person has any contact with Hedhofis.

No. Only one subscription is eligible per referred person, and extensions or renewals do not give right to another reward.

Once the referral has been validated by the Hedhofis team. No reward is guaranteed without this validation.

Network access

One membership, eight locations

Access to all eight locations in the network is included with some plans and available as an option with others. You work here most of the time, then settle in Longueuil, Old Montreal or Quebec City when your day takes you there.
